quick update here:

• asan tests fails on 22H2 (bug 1806091) - after fixed there could be some tests that need attention
• a small patch of reftest expectations (6 tests)
• a small patch for webgl expectations (5 tests)
• perma issues to file bugs/investigate:
  • widget/tests/test_scrollbar_colors.html (mochitest-plain - perma fail)
  • dom/events/test/pointerevents/test_getCoalescedEvents_touch.html (mochitest-plain - frequent intermittent)
  • toolkit/components/osfile/tests/mochi/test_osfile_front.xhtml (mochitest-chrome - 32 bit only)
  • browser/components/preferences/tests/browser_bug1184989_prevent_scrolling_when_preferences_flipped.js (browser-chrome)
• WPT needs another pass
• need to get talos-xperf working (requires runAsAdministrator via taskcluster - ci-administration doesn't have proper config for worker pool)

Once ASAN is fixed, it will be worthwhile to run a check again and work to update all the expectations and finish any test investigations. Technically we could migration everything except ASAN and XPERF in a reasonably quick time window.

In terms of priority, Win7 migration is more important, once that is done we will see if bug 1806091 is complete and will make a decision when/how to address this.
